Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a full-time Pastoral Support Tutor focused on supporting sixth form students' educational journeys. Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Pastoral Support Tutor to join our Windsor College team on a full-time, permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term-time.
Please note the expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 20th August 2025.

Join Windsor Forest Colleges Group as a Pastoral Tutor, where you will provide vital guidance on academic performance and financial welfare to students, parents, and staff. Lead engaging pastoral and personal development activities tailored to the unique needs of Sixth Form learners. Your one-to-one tutoring and coaching will enhance wellbeing, study skills, and academic success. Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience for all students. Additionally, work alongside safeguarding leads to contribute to PEP meetings, ensuring student welfare remains a priority.
