Vacancy for Pastoral Support Officer (2 Posts)

Required for September 2025

Term Time: 39 weeks

37 hours per week

Fixed term to 31/08/2026

Grade 5 – Spine Point 7-11

Actual Annual Salary: £22,084.68 - £24,071.59

Pedmore High School is recruiting for 2 Pastoral Support Officers starting September 2025.

We are part of a Multi Academy Trust comprising six secondary schools and one primary school, with over 750 staff and 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We seek enthusiastic and committed Pastoral Support Officers to join our Inclusion Team. Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour and Safeguarding, your role will involve supporting students' behaviour and pastoral welfare.
