A leading Catholic college is seeking a Pastoral Support Officer to enhance the academic performance of Pupil Premium students. You will work closely with students and families to support attendance and improve overall outcomes, while upholding the college's values in an inclusive environment.

37 hours per week, (Mon - Fri), term time only plus 2 training days
