Actual Salary from: £23,940 - £25,120 (Point 9-12)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for our school to recruit an enthusiastic and committed full-time Pastoral Support Officer as soon as possible.

The key responsibilities include administrative support for students on off-site directions, pastoral support plans, and referrals, along with day-to-day student support and building strong relationships with other schools.

The position suits experienced pastoral workers, those with administrative experience related to students, or individuals with transferable skills interested in working in schools.

  • This post is 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus non-pupil days and 1 week during school closure).
  • The working hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am – 3:30pm Friday, including a 30-minute unpaid break.
