Job summary

St Clare's School in the Esteem Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to help students thrive emotionally, socially and academically. This role is 33.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year).

Salary is £24,259 to £26,337 per annum. Benefits include the Teachers Pension/LGPS, generous holiday entitlement, Westfield Health membership and access to the National CPD platform. A DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a school pastoral role.
• Ability to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Willingness to work term-time only and 33.5 hours per week.

• Provide pastoral support to students to thrive emotionally, socially and academically.
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to monitor student wellbeing.
• Support safeguarding processes and DBS checks as required.
