Responsibilities

• Support pupils as they arrive and settle into the day.
• Help pupils transition between lessons and activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, attendance and engagement.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support when needed.
• Support pupils in managing emotions and behaviour.
