Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Pastoral Officer, you'll:

Provide emotional and behavioural support to SEN students (ASD, SEMH, MLD, or SLD)

Monitor attendance and implement strategies to improve engagement

Uphold safeguarding policies, ensuring student welfare is prioritised

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeing

What You Bring:

Experience - Minimum 1 year working with SEN/SEND students

Safeguarding Knowledge - Strong understanding of child protection

DBS Check - Enhanced (registered or willing to obtain)

Eligibility - Right to work in the UK & two professional references

Driving Requirement - Must have a valid UK driver's license
