SALARY: £24,796 per annum FTE / Actual Annual Salary £20,116 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm, Term Time only (39 weeks)

The Pastoral Mentor / Student Support Worker will play a central role in ensuring young people feel supported and valued within a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Working closely with teachers, Year Heads, and external agencies, the Pastoral Mentor / Student Support Worker will deliver individual mentoring and wellbeing support, promoting safeguarding and early intervention.
