Pastoral Mentor – About the role
  • Full-time position as a Pastoral Mentor
  • Providing 1:1 tutoring and mentoring
  • Located at a thriving secondary school in Leeds (LS7)

You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis who are struggling with mental health, anxiety, and bereavement, focusing on pastoral and emotional support rather than academic achievement.

Your responsibilities include identifying causes and triggers of pupil issues, working on strategies to support individual pupils, and liaising with parents, carers, teachers, and colleagues to establish effective support plans.
