As a Pastoral Manager, you will support and develop marginalized young people and their families through individual sessions, group work, family visits, and other interventions. You will oversee a holistic, person-centered approach to support young people's academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs from entry to exit.

Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

• A relevant professional qualification (NVQ level 2) in working with young people, teaching, youth and community work, social work, counselling, mentoring.
• Level 2 English and Maths.
• Restorative Justice Trained.
