Job Overview

Full time, 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week over 39 weeks per year

Salary: £25,315.47 - £27,149.11 per annum

Location: Thamesmead School, Shepperton, TW17

Thamesmead School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Manager to join our thriving secondary school community. With 1042 pupils, we pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos and our commitment to every child’s wellbeing and development.

As Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our students’ personal development, leading on behaviour and wellbeing, and working closely with staff, families and external partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in pastoral care or youth work who is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
