Job summary

Newquay Tretherras is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to support students' emotional, social and academic development. You will build trusted relationships with students and families, promote positive behaviour, improve attendance and support personal development.

37 hours per week, term time plus INSET, permanent contract. The role requires a calm, caring and consistent approach to help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential within our inclusive school

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in secondary education.
• Ability to promote positive behaviour and attendance.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.
