Job summary

We are seeking an exceptional and dedicated pastoral leader to join our school in this exciting opportunity to shape and lead our pastoral provision. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership of the pastoral support team, ensuring that all students receive the guidance and intervention they need to overcome barriers to learning and achievement. You will play a pivotal role in promoting engagement in education, reducing suspensions and exclusions, leading effective reintegration process and managing internal exclusion systems. As a key member of the school's leadership structure, you will line manage Pastoral Support Leaders and work collaboratively with internal and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all students. This is an ideal role for an inspirational leader with a passion for supporting young people and driving positive change.
