Job summary

Beckfoot School in Bradford is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Manager to support wellbeing, safety and inclusion of our students. You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies to create a school environment where every pupil feels supported, understood and able to succeed.

You will contribute to 37 hours per week, Term Time Only +5 days, with a pattern of Monday-Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm.

• Experience in pastoral support or student wellbeing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff, families and external agencies.
• Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding of pupils.
