Job summary

Summerfield Primary School in Birmingham is seeking a Pastoral Manager to join our friendly team and contribute toward a safe, happy and engaging learning provision. The role is full time, 36.5 hours per week, over five days, with term-time-only arrangement.

You will act as Lead Operational DSL, coordinate multi-agency support, and champion inclusion, attendance and safeguarding to improve outcomes for our most vulnerable pupils.
