About the Role:
Work closely with Heads of Year to support student wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance across a year group. This is a non-teaching but highly student-facing role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and intervention for students' social, emotional and behavioural needs.

  • Liaise with staff, families, and external agencies.

  • Monitor data around attendance, punctuality and conduct.

  • Promote a safe and inclusive school culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • Pastoral or education background.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
