Grade E Points 11 to 18 £28,142 to £31,537 PA Pro Rata

THE ROLE:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified candidate to proactively collaborate with pupils, staff and parents/carers to promote positive behaviour among all pupils, and to help pupils overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will plan, deliver and evaluate the impact of behaviour interventions and work with external agencies as required.

You will have experience of working with children of a relevant age, dealing with difficult situations relating to poor behaviour and experience of working with outside agencies and participating in meetings. You will be able to assess pupils' needs and have a well-developed understanding of strategies to manage and support young people with challenging behaviour in a school environment.
