Qualifications

Full time | £100 to £135 per day (PAYE depending on experience)

Hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm

Start Date: Monday 3 November

They are now seeking a Pastoral Lead or Teaching Assistant who can bring warmth, empathy and consistency to their dedicated team.

The Role

In this role, you will be part of the heartbeat of the school's wellbeing provision. You will support pupils who may be facing social, emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them rebuild confidence and reconnect with their learning. Working alongside the SENCO and senior leaders, you will help shape a culture where every child feels seen and supported.

Your day may include:

  • Offering one to one or small group pastoral support
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and attendance
  • Building strong relationships with families and outside agencies
  • Being that trusted and steady presence who helps pupils find their way
