Job description

Pastoral Coach (Term-Time Only)

We are looking for a Pastoral Coach to join our Personal Development Team. This is a 35 hours per week, permanent role offering a salary of £22,806 to £27,215 (actual) per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one coaching for students, setting and reviewing targets to improve their performance, behaviours and welfare.
  • Deliver Thrive Tutorial sessions to groups of students and facilitate discussion activities.
  • To be a key member of the Personal Development Process (specifically to drive student attendance and progress across all provision)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
  • Coaching young people to succeed
  • Delivering group sessions to young people
  • Knowledge and understanding of how development of PPD can support achievement of main learning programme
