Overview

Pastoral Coach (Term-Time Only) – We are looking for a Pastoral Coach to join our Personal Development Team. This is a 21 hours per week, part-time, permanent role offering a salary of £13,684 to £16,330 (actual) per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one coaching for students, setting and reviewing targets to improve their performance, behaviours and welfare.
  • Deliver Thrive Tutorial sessions to groups of students and facilitate discussion activities.
  • To be a key member of the Personal Development Process (specifically to drive student attendance and progress across all provision).
