Salary Grade Range: PO3- PO4
Contract: Permanent; Term Time Only; 35 hrs a week

Hargrave Park School is a one and a half form entry primary school with Under 3’s provision situated in the heart of Archway. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Pastoral Care Manager who will lead on safeguarding; behaviour; attendance and extended day provision.

As our Pastoral Care Manager, you will be non-class based and lead a small team of experienced pastoral care workers who are ELSA trained. You will work in close partnership with the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads in the school: the Head of School and the Assistant Head teacher, as well as the SENDCo. You will be a member of our leadership team and continue to build on our strong partnership working with wider services, including CAMHS, School Well-Being Service, Early Help, our Education Welfare Officer and health professionals.
