Job summary

Melksham Oak Community School is seeking an organised Administrator to join our pastoral team. The role involves providing general administrative support to Inclusion and Pastoral teams, handling phone calls, emails and other communications, and ensuring accurate information flow within the school.

The successful candidate will have GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, and prior administrative experience.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (Grade C or above) in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience working in an administrative role.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Inclusion and Pastoral teams, including phone calls, emails and other communication
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

All About You

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Administrator we would like to join us will have:

  • GCSEs (Grade C and above) or equivalent in English and Maths.
