Hillsong UK in Central London is seeking a passionate and relational Pastor to lead and develop Discipleship Pathways, nurturing growth in faith and helping people find their place in church life.

You will collaborate with the Central Location Pastor and People team to create meaningful opportunities for connection, growth and service, while developing volunteer leaders, pastoral care and a healthy church community.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral ministry or church leadership.
• Passion for discipleship and helping people grow in faith.
• Ability to lead, develop and support teams and volunteers.
• Relational, approachable and able to build meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Organised and able to bring structure, direction and consistency to projects and initiatives.
• Committed to Hillsong Church's vision, values and culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead Discipleship Pathways and develop pathways for New People, New Christians and Groups.
• Oversee faith milestones and environments (This Is Us, Alpha, Baptisms, etc.).
• Collaborate with the People team to standardise discipleship and community across locations.
• Equip and support leaders and volunteers to create environments for spiritual growth and relationships.
• Monitor engagement and continually develop how we connect and disciple people.
• Support the Location Pastor to ensure a welcoming Sunday experience and healthy community.
