Job summary

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a Cloud Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in London. You will prepare pasta sauces and ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high quality standards for every service from 10.00am to 2.00am, seven days a week.

You should be detail oriented, capable of fast-paced work, and able to work well as part of a team while following SOPs and health and safety regulations. Training provided and room to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe food handling, storage and preparation techniques.
• Familiar with basic culinary techniques: chopping, slicing, dicing, measuring.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and detail oriented in food prep and kitchen cleanliness.
• Team player with effective communication and instruction follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen is set up and ready for each service with prepared sauces and ingredients.
• Maintain brand standard, cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor par levels, stock rotation (FIFO) and accurate waste recording.
• Process deliveries and store items properly with correct labeling.
• Operate wash-up area and ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Follow SOPs to maximize quality and speed of food readiness.
