Passivhaus Accredited Project Architect to Join Awesome Housing Team. Permanent position. £45,000 - £52,000.

An expanding mid size Architects practice in London is looking for a Project Architect to join their façade teams, working on small to mid density housing remediation residential towers in the UK. With a strong focus on Revit proficiency, this opportunity offers the chance to work on exciting projects across a variety of sectors over time, though initially to join the residential team working on small to medium size UK housing and public realm, supporting developments at every stage of their lifecycle. This practice has a collaborative culture, offering a supportive and connected work environment where professional growth is actively encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • They are looking for individuals who are comfortable working at stages 3 and 4, with excellent technical detailing skills and a solid understanding of Revit.
  • Must be Passivhaus Accredited, with 2-3 years working in this capacity.
  • Along with proven experience over 5 years working on similar scale mid size housing projects.
