Job summary

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios in Manchester is seeking a Project Architect for a 12‑month maternity cover to deliver a Passivhaus housing development. The role requires 5–10 years post-Part 3 experience, strong construction detailing, and Revit proficiency.

You will work on coordinating project delivery through construction, with hybrid working options after settlement and a focus on housing delivery within a collaborative, design-led practice.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years post-Part 3 experience.
• Extensive housing delivery experience.
• Strong technical understanding of construction and detailing.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4–6.
• Proficient in Revit; Passivhaus experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project architecture delivery on housing schemes.
• Coordinate and support delivery through construction.
• Collaborate with design team in a hybrid working setup.
• Prepare and contribute to Passivhaus-focused documentation.
