Job summary

Linsco is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor for North London projects across Watford and Brentwood. You will lead passive fire protection works on commercial and residential sites, ensuring high-quality delivery and strict regulatory compliance.

The role requires supervising teams, coordinating with site managers, maintaining health and safety standards, and travelling between sites with occasional away-from-home stays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising Passive Fire Protection projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and associated systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites when required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising teams carrying out fire stopping and passive fire protection works
• Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and in line with current regulations
• Conducting quality inspections and maintaining compliance
• Managing labour, materials and daily site activities
• Liaising with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and clients
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times
• Completing site paperwork and progress reports

Are you an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with a growing contractor?

We're recruiting for a skilled supervisor to lead Passive Fire Protection works across a range of commercial and residential projects throughout North London, Watford and Brentwood.

The Role

• Supervising teams carrying out fire stopping and passive fire protection works
• Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and in line with current regulations
• Conducting quality inspections and maintaining compliance

What We're Looking For
