Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Passive Fire Site Manager to lead passive fire projects for a well-established contractor. You will manage mobilisation through to completion, oversee fire stopping, compartmentation and fire door works, and ensure delivery to specification, programme and budget.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £50,000–£55,200, a performance bonus, car allowance or company vehicle, family private healthcare, pension, 25 days plus bank holidays, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing passive fire projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and fire doors.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of passive fire regulations, standards and best practice.
• Experience conducting quality inspections, audits and snagging.
• Strong understanding of RAMS and health & safety requirements.
• SMSTS qualification is required or highly preferred.
• Fire safety or passive fire-related qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completion

• Carrying out regular site inspections, quality checks and snagging

• Managing project programmes and monitoring progress against deadlines
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
• Managing site documentation, reports and project records
• Supporting with technical queries and resolving issues on site
• Ensuring all passive fire works are completed to a high standard and handed over correctly
