Are you a commercially driven professional with experience in passive fire protection? We’re recruiting for our client based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects
• Oversee procurement, valuations, change control and final accounts
• Ensure accurate cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Support commercial best practices and continuous process improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Passive Fire Protection (particularly firestopping and fire doors)
• Background in quantity surveying or commercial management (construction or fire protection sectors )
• Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
