Location of Works: London, Greater London

The Company: A leading compliance and fire protection services provider is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Projects Manager to oversee fire safety installations across London and surrounding areas.

As a Passive Fire Projects Manager your package could look like:

  • Salary up to £50,000 DOE (Potentially more)
  • Company pension & life assurance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

As a Passive Fire Projects Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of passive fire protection projects
  • Ensure compliance with BS 476, BS 8214, and relevant fire safety regulations
  • Lead site teams, monitor quality and project progress
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed project records

As a Passive Fire Projects Manager your knowledge and experience will be:

  • Proven experience in fire protection or construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of passive fire systems and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
