Passive Fire Project Manager

£37.50/hr, Essex

Our client is a specialist fire protection contractor based in Essex. They are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee operations for fire protection contracts in London and surrounding areas.

This role is primarily office-based but will require occasional site visits. The successful candidate will possess a solid technical and practical understanding of firestopping systems and fire doors, along with a good knowledge of current regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing surveys, preparing quotes and tenders, and managing projects on-site through to completion.

Required qualifications include NVQ2 in Passive Fire Protection, CSCS, and SMSTS/SSSTS certifications.

This is initially a temporary contract lasting 3-4 months, with the potential for permanence for the right candidate.
