Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Passive Fire Project Manager for a nationwide role, offering a negotiable salary, company car or allowance and a bonus scheme. The role blends commercial oversight with hands-on project delivery across the UK.

You will price and estimate passive fire works, win new contracts, manage procurement and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Experience in passive fire protection and strong client relationship skills are essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Passive Fire Manager or a commercially minded professional with a passive fire background looking to step into a Passive Fire Manager position with a business with exciting growth plans.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in passive fire protection who has experience pricing works, delivering contracts, developing client relationships, managing projects and identifying new opportunities. An existing client base would be a significant advantage.
