Job Description:

We are a vibrant school in Kensington with a strong focus on the Creative Arts, seeking a passionate and skilled Drama Teacher to join our dedicated team. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially A-Level Drama, developing their performance and analytical skills. Location: Kensington

Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
2. Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles.
3. Collaborate with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practices and enhance the Drama curriculum.
4. Assess and monitor student progress in Drama.
5. Direct and support school Drama productions and extracurricular clubs.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate students in Drama.
