Position: Residential Support Worker (Experienced)
Location: East Ham, London E6
Salary: £13.50/hour + Comprehensive Benefits
Hours: 40 hours/week (Full-Time)

The Young People You'll Support:

Essential Experience: - Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience working with young people
- Proven track record of building meaningful relationships with youth

- Experience in de-escalation and positive behaviour management
- Strong cultural competency and awareness

Requirements: - Age 20+ (OFSTED requirement)
- Right to work in UK documentation
- Enhanced DBS check
- 2 years minimum experience working with young people
- Relevant qualifications preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates
