Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 (and potentially KS5) with a focus on entrepreneurial skills.
• Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of business concepts theories and practices emphasizing innovation and enterprise within Business Studies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Business Studies curriculum incorporating realworld case studies and entrepreneurial activities.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Business Studies with a focus on their ability to apply business principles to entrepreneurial ventures.
• Potentially contribute to extracurricular Business Studies clubs or enterprise competitions providing practical experience in Business Studies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Business Studies.
