A leading airport services company is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking Passenger Services Agents for part-time roles at London Heathrow Airport. Responsibilities include managing customer service operations, handling complaints, and ensuring service standards are met. Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. The position requires the right to work in the UK and basic IT skills. Limited positions available with shifts starting from 4 PM.
We are actively searching for vibrant and fluent Spanish-speaking Passenger Services Agents to join our energetic team at the bustling London Heathrow Airport!
You will partake in all activities within Passenger Services, including check-in, boarding, transfer, off jetty boarding, UMS, PRMS, CUSS, arrivals, and baggage services. Ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, health & safety, quality standards, and performance targets to ensure overall customer satisfaction alongside operational cost efficiency.
Hours of Work: Part-time (18.75h/week) - lates only
