Job Description:

As a member of our Ground Operations Team at Manchester Airport, our Passenger Service Agents play a crucial role in ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to our all-important customers.

What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our customers arriving at the airport & greeting them back from their holiday.
  • Check-in customers for their flights, issue boarding passes, check passports and travel documents, and assist at Self Service kiosks.
  • Board flights to ensure timely departures.
  • Follow safety and security procedures.
  • Support customers and operations during disruptions and delays.
  • Proactively resolve issues and overcome challenges.
  • Communicate effectively, maintaining a friendly and professional approach to make every customer feel like a VIP.

We offer a 30-hour per week contract on a Fixed-term basis until November 2025. This role involves shift work in a rolling 4 on, 2 off pattern, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Rostered 4 weeks in advance.
