A place that is proudly distinctive. We’ll be celebrating all this and more as the “rebel borough” when we are the 2027 London Borough of Culture.

These values keep us looking forward, ambitious for the future, and continuously striving to do our very best for all of our residents.

  • Coordinating and organizing: Planning daily tasks and ensuring smooth service delivery requires strong organizational skills, whether you’re used to scheduling routes, managing care plans, or overseeing logistical operations. Flexibility and responsiveness are key in any dynamic service setting.
  • Ensuring service excellence: Maintaining high standards of passenger care and safety is paramount. Your experience in upholding quality and customer satisfaction in previous roles will be directly transferable here.
  • Problem-solving and supporting: Every service faces challenges, and your ability to analyze situations, support your team in finding solutions, and resolve concerns will be invaluable, regardless of the specific industry you come from.
