Overview

Passenger Assistants are required to work at various locations throughout the city of Hull. You will normally board the vehicle at a point close to the pick up point for the first child on the route and are returned to the same point at the end of each journey.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the care and supervision of pupils whilst they are travelling to and from schools within Hull and the surrounding area at the beginning and end of the school day. Some of the pupils will have special needs.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A caring and responsible attitude towards children; willingness to undertake training.
• Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
• A basic knowledge of first aid would be helpful.
