Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Passenger Assistant. The Passenger Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during transport, providing customer assistance, and coordinating with drivers to manage schedules and routes efficiently. Daily tasks include assisting passengers with boarding and alighting, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of trips and passenger information.
