Party Wall Surveyor (Qualified or Experienced) - Hybrid working - London / HC

Established in 2016, my client is a well-respected, friendly team of 20 property professionals who are committed to delivering a quality service to their customers.

They have a genuine focus on quality over quantity and are now looking for an experienced party wall Surveyor.

Offering:

• Basic salary: OTE approx. £70-90,000, with the basic likely at the £60-65,000 mark (OTE breakdown to be discussed with the client, but they offer an attractive bonus scheme).
• Pension contributions in line with government requirements.
• 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 26 days after 7 years.
• Workplace pension (standard).
• RICS memberships paid.
• 45p per mile, mileage allowance.

All figures quoted above are approximate; there may be additional car allowance or bonus payments.
