Job description

Looking for a talented designer for peak periods (typically March, April, October, and November).

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative collections that align with our clients' brand aesthetics and target market preferences. You can work from home or anywhere globally, as long as you maintain communication with our Chinese partners and complete tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop fashion-forward collections (pet toys, pet clothing, bottle graphics, tech accessories) aligned with client branding and market trends.
2. Research current fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire designs.
3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
4. Create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings using CAD software.
5. Work with internal teams to prototype, refine designs, and address technical issues.
6. Oversee sampling and production to ensure quality standards.
7. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Design or related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience with a portfolio of original designs.
3. Experience with leading retailers or fast fashion brands is preferred.
4. Proficiency in CAD software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
