Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts advisory or warehouse role.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to lift and move items up to 30 kg.
• Familiarity with stock/Inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Assist with parts in and parts out activities, warehousing and dispatch.
• Collaborate with sales team and workshop to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
• Support other areas as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Ensure safe manual handling and lift items up to 30kg.
• Work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilise inventory management systems to track stock movement.
