Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Parts and Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Earls Barton. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a varied and rewarding working day across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

- Communicating with suppliers to manage orders and information flow

- Using the warehouse management system to process and track orders

- Picking and packing goods for dispatch

- Processing incoming stock (goods-in)

- Handling and processing sales orders accurately

- Managing warranty claims and related documentation

- Coordinating daily dispatch of goods via DX, UPS, and DPD

- Conducting stocktakes and maintaining stock control records

- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

- Proficient in computer use – ideally with experience using stock management or warehouse systems

- Flexible and adaptable – able to manage a variety of tasks daily

- Able to work effectively as part of a team and take instruction

- Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure
