At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Parts Technician(Shift) to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership inMoosomin, SK. This shift is new to the location and will be Friday-Monday shift, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Our Parts Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone
  • Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders
  • Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance
  • Assisting in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising
  • Receive, put away and count inventory
  • Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
  • Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with software systems
  • The ability to lift heavy parts
  • A valid driver’s license
  • The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
  • Farming background/experience an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Parts Department environment
  • Journeyman Parts Designation an asset
