Job description

Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our championship-winning team as a Parts Supply HUB Coordinator.

Reporting to the Parts Supply HUB Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating parts at the factory.
2. Managing the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from events.
3. Ensuring parts supply to customers and off-car projects meet manufacturing and car build process requirements.
4. Supporting pre-event and pack-up functions, assisting the Race Team as needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in event shipping, returns, and customs paperwork.
• Experience in parts control within a similar environment, with logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP and Lifing Systems (Epicor and TLS preferred).
• A flexible attitude, capable of working under rigid and sometimes unsocial deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear messaging across all team levels.

This role requires occasional travel to races and events throughout the year.
