Overview

Role: Car Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm with alternate Saturday mornings 8am-1pm

Responsibilities

• Sourcing parts and issuing to the vehicle technicians;
• Serving customers coming into the dealership for parts;
• Overseeing the Parts Advisor.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused role;
• Car Parts experience - Main Dealer or Parts Motor Factor - either a Parts Manager or Supervisor, or a very experienced Parts Advisor ready to step up;
• Excellent communication skills - in person, via telephone & e-mail;
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
