Parts Specialist

Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a full-time Parts Specialist at our Warminster, PA location. As a Parts Specialist, you are responsible for assisting technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing the appropriate parts needed for equipment services.

Job Overview:

• Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers.
• Efficiently purchase various parts to maintain our rental fleet.
• Interact with clients, knowing their specifications and offering them the best product solutions.
• Sell products to meet a customer's need.
• Provide service with required parts.
• Determine replacement parts required, according to customer requests or customer described malfunctions.
• Maintain and monitor parts inventory.
• Examine returned parts for defects and exchange defective parts.
• Assist in packaging and shipping parts to customers and manufacturers.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact daily with customers and fellow employees.
• Must be a team-player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
