Job summary

CPM Acquisition Corp. is seeking a Part Sales Assistant to support our Aftermarket activities across EMEA from Brough, England.

You will engage with customers and agents to identify needs, translate requirements into practical parts and service solutions, and coordinate quotations and orders in SAP/ERP systems. Fluency in German and English is essential, as is a commercial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or aftermarket operations.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support aftermarket sales activities through proactive customer and agent engagement.
• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities with Territory Managers to develop solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure timely follow-up on contracts and agreements.
• Advise customers on spare parts, upgrades, and related services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rates.
