About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, alongside brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace that encourages learning and development.

Launched nationally in 2006, TPS operates on an Agency Model where centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth in both revenue and the number of centres nationwide.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to meet and exceed sales targets:

  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers
  • Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately
  • Utilize product promotions effectively to meet targets
  • Leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding promptly, and offering expert advice
  • Communicate timely regarding credit status
  • Support the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals
  • Handle calls and inquiries within KPIs using approved greeting protocols
  • Use systems accurately for searching and ordering parts
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately
  • Manage cash and credit transactions according to TPS guidelines
